Garret Eldridge was appointed as the Head Men's Soccer Coach in January of 2025.
Prior to AU, Eldridge served as the Men's Soccer Coach at Ithaca College. During his time with the Bombers, Eldridge led the program to the Liberty League Championship match during the 2021 and 2023 seasons. During the 2021 season, Ithaca set the Liberty League record for goals against. Eldridge additionally developed six student-athletes into becoming All-Liberty League honorees with two earning regional All-American awards. In three of the past four seasons, Eldridge's teams were either regionally or nationally ranked at some point during the season.
Before his time with Ithaca, Eldridge was the Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for Arcadia University from 2016-18. During his time with the Knights, the men's soccer program earned back-to-back ECAC Tournament appearances. Eldridge additionally served as an Assistant Coach with Ursinus College from 2015-16, working primarily with midfielders and forwards.
An Old Dominion Athletic Conference All-League midfielder, Eldridge started his collegiate playing career at NCAA Division I Siena College before transferring to NCAA Division III Roanoke College. Eldridge graduated from Roanoke College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.
Following graduation, Eldridge played professionally in Australia for the Sunshine Coast Fire FC.
